Genoa, Dec. 18 (LaPresse ) – Giovanni Toti's plea bargain, ratified today, entails the transformation of the 2 and 3 months imprisonment sentence, replaced with unpaid activity in favour of the community to be carried out at Lilt in Genoa for 810 days, corresponding to 1,620 hours. Based on Toti's request, the former governor will immediately serve his sentence. He was then assigned to carry out functional support and caretaking activities. As an accessory penalty, he was ordered to be banned from public office and unable to contract with the public administration for three years in addition to the confiscation of EUR 175,850. This is what emerged today with the pronouncement of the Genoa gup that ratified the plea agreements in the Liguria corruption investigation.
