New York, Dec 17 (LaPresse/Ap) – Trump's motion to dismiss the cash conviction in the porn star Stormy Daniels case after a Supreme Court immunity ruling was rejected. This was decided by Manhattan Judge Juan M. Merchan. The judge rejected President-elect Donald Trump's request to have his cash conviction thrown out due to the US Supreme Court's recent ruling on presidential immunity. Prosecutors insist the conviction should stand.
