Syria's new leader Mohammed al-Jolani said this in an exclusive interview with Tg1. Then we will move on to the second phase, which will concern the general national congress,' explained the rebel leader of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (Hts). 'Within the congress, constitutional commissions will be created with experts who will decide the jurisdiction of the country and what shape the state will take. After that, it will be submitted to the judgement of the people. After that, Syria will ensure that the conditions are in place for parliamentary elections,’ he added.
