Frankfurt (Germany), December 21 (LaPresse) – No explosive device was found in the vehicle of the suspected attacker of the Magdeburg Christmas market. This was reported by Tracy Hering of the Magdeburg police. The area around the car had previously been cordoned off because the police suspected that an explosive device might be inside the vehicle. The police spokesperson also warned about fake news related to the attack, stating that there were no shootings or bomb threats at the hospitals.
