Pristina (Kosovo), 23 December (LaPresse) – ‘All Italians are proud and grateful for what you do and for the role you play not only here in Kosovo, but throughout the world’. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, meeting the Italian contingent of the KFOR mission at the Camp Film City base. According to the holder of the Farnesina, the Italian armed forces are ‘the operational arm of our presence in the world’ and also ‘bearers of peace’, because of ‘your ability to know how to dialogue with everyone’. ‘My presence cannot fill the void, because you are far from your loved ones, but we try to convey a sense of deep gratitude and also pride for what you do,’ he concluded.
