Rome, 20 February (LaPresse) – The negotiations for peace in Ukraine ‘when they take place, must see the US, Ukraine and obviously the EU sitting at the table. We are allies of the US and I believe it is right to sit at the table together to guarantee the security not only of Ukraine but of the whole of Europe'. So said Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani. ‘Europe and transatlantic relations are and will be our two polar stars,' he continued. “You cannot guarantee security either of Ukraine or in Europe without the US, so everything has to be done with them”.
