Turin, Dec. 26 (LaPresse) – It is premature to speculate on the causes of the plane crash near the Kazakh city of Aktau while investigations are still ongoing, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, according to Russian media.
"An investigation is currently underway," Peskov stated. "It would be wrong to make assumptions before the investigative commission presents its findings. Obviously, we cannot do this, and no one else should either," he added.
Peskov also noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin yesterday expressed condolences to the families and acquaintances of the victims of the crash and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
