Milan, Dec. 24 (LaPresse) – In a statement, Immobiliare Dani S.r.l. and Daniela Santanchè (holders of a combined 75% stake in Athena Pubblicità S.r.l., the controlling shareholder of Visibilia Editore) announced that on December 19, they signed a preliminary sale and purchase agreement with the Swiss company Wip Finance for the transfer of their stake to Wip. The completion of the transaction, it is further noted, is subject to the fulfillment of certain suspensive conditions. The parties have agreed that the closing will take place by March 31, 2025.
