Rome, Dec. 21 (LaPresse) – "This is a very tricky Super-G because it has a lot of waves, bumps, and blind spots. When we approach all the bumps, we have to keep our line in mind and trust ourselves to go into the unknown because we can’t see the direction. I didn’t ski very well today; I was a bit more tense compared to last week. I skied in a more jerky way, and not having skied since America, it wasn’t easy to understand the grip. It looks like easy snow, but it’s actually very aggressive." This is how Sofia Goggia, who finished third in the Super-G in St. Moritz, described the race to Raisport. "It’s not a bad performance but also not great. Coming back to the races with three podiums isn’t bad at all. Clearly, I know I still have room for improvement today. But it's okay, not every doughnut comes out with a hole," she added.
