Rome, Dec. 27 (LaPresse) – The journalism world is in mourning. Gian Paolo Ormezzano passed away yesterday at the age of 89. The news was announced on the website of La Stampa, the newspaper where Ormezzano was one of the most prominent contributors. "Sports journalism," the article reads, "mourns Gian Paolo Ormezzano, who died yesterday at the age of 89. A contributor to La Stampa and Guerin Sportivo, he was the editor-in-chief of Tuttosport. For decades, he recounted the world of sports and his beloved Torino."
