Milan, 27 Dec (LaPresse) – He allegedly raped a minor in a public toilet and then threatened her with death to keep her quiet. The State Police of the Villa San Giovanni police station arrested a 17-year-old charged with aggravated sexual assault and aggravated threatening. The investigation conducted and coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Reggio Calabria reconstructed what happened last November when the 17-year-old raped a minor girl inside a public toilet. He then threatened her with death so that she would not talk. On the basis of the elements gathered, the gip issued a remand in custody, executed on 18 December, for the young man who was taken to the juvenile prison in Catanzaro.
